ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
24th Street Theatre is an award-winning theatre (TCG’s 2012 Peter Zeisler Award for Outstanding Achievement in the American Theatre), that has been bringing theatre, music, dance and visual art to Exposition Park since 1997.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
24th Street Theatre’s Production Intern will spend 50% of his/her time working with an award-winning, professional theatre on all aspects of administration, from box office management to marketing, and the other 50% working with the production of the LA Philharmonic’s Summer Sounds at the Hollywood Bowl. In both work environments, the intern will work directly with 24th STreet Theatre’s acclaimed Artistic Director, Debbie Devine, who also serves as the Director of Summer Sounds.

SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidate has some theatre production skills, technical theatre and/or management skills. Must an excellent communicator and team player, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills are a must. Bilingual is a plus.
