  RICHARD ALGER and TINA KRONIS (Playwrights) began their collaboration in NYC, 1996. In 2000, they started Theatre Movement Bazaar, an LA-based company dedicated to creating original performance works. Together, they have created these original works: "Cornography," "Chekhov's Sisters," "SeaGull" (adaptation), "WATCH" with Jeff Webster, "dumbshOw," "Cirque Picnique," "Strange Beliefs," "Hollywood Macabre" with the Bazaarness Group and "Dry Cleaning" with Jeff Webster. In May and June, they took their production "Cirque Picnique" to the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC. www.TheatreMovementBazaar.org
DEBBIE DEVINE (Playwright/Director) is a co-founder of 24th Street Theatre, a writer and a director. As 24th Street's Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) Director, she creates professional mainstage TYA productions and educational theatre programming for all ages. Debbie also heads the Theatre Department at the prestigious Colburn School of Performing Arts and at the Poseidon School for at-risk teens. She won the USC School of Education's 1999 Innovation and Leadership Award and has LA Weekly Awards, Dramalogue Awards, and Robbies on her wall. This play is dedicated to Debbie's mother, Gloria Devine, a woman of profound compassion!

JAY MCADAMS (Producer) is a co-founder of 24th Street Theatre and has been its Executive Director since 1999. He has produced many successful shows and events since his beginning in Los Angeles theatre nearly 20 years ago. Though most of Jay’s theatre work now is behind the scenes, he began in theatre as an actor, having graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Jay is the winner of the prestigious University of Southern California School of Education's 1999 Innovation and Leadership Award for his work in Arts Education. (The previous year’s winners were President Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton.)

YING LE (Line Producer/Graphic Designer) has been working with 24th Street Theatre for over three years in a variety of positions. "Mirror Mirror" marks her first official introduction to producing. She works for the Henry Mancini Institute and is a freelance graphic and web designer. Her work can be seen at www.ThatsSoYing.com. Ying is a graduate of USC's Annenberg School for Communication.

MICHELLE GANINO (Production Stage Manager) returns to 24th Street where she helped inaugurate the space with "The Music of Magdalena Bay," "Nightingale and the Rose," "Poe: Out of his Mind" and "Mad Boy Chronicles." Her other shows include "The Snow Maiden" (Odyssey); "The Stand-In" and "Love Lies and Cereal!" (Hudson Backstage); and "American Has-Been" (HBO Workspace).

SARAH ZINSSER (Assistant Director) is a founding member of 24th Street Theatre. She was co-director with Stephanie Shroyer, and costume designer of "The Cave Dwellers" in the theatre's inaugural season. She is a founding member of the Pacific Resident Theatre where she has performed, costumed, assistant directed and co-produced over 30 productions. Sarah won a 1999 LA Drama Critics Circle Award for "Bitter Women" at the Cast Theatre. She has also worked at the Matrix Theatre Company, A Noise Within, The Taper Too, Taper New Works Festival, Portland Stage Co., Hudson Valley Shakespeare and Café La Mama. She has also worked in fairly consistently in film and TV. Many thanks to Deb and Jay and always Steve.

RY BUFFINGTON (Technical Director), the Production Manager of 24th Street Theatre, is very excited to be working on our latest production, "Mirror Mirror." While at 24th Street, Ry has worked on many of the theatre's productions and events including "Kate Crackernuts" and the "Saturday Explorer Series."

CHRISTOPHER R BOLTZ (Lighting and Projection Designer) is delighted to return to 24th Street where he provided the scenery and projections for "Tropical America" last season. Chris recently lit Actors Equity's "A Celebration of Diversity" at the Colony Theatre, and "Choreography on Canvas" at USC. For the 2003 Praque Sceongraphic Quadrenial, he produced and designed the in-booth DVD presentation for the American exhibit. Other credits include scenery or lighting for "Epic of Gil," "The Illusion," "How to Suceed...," "The Rocky Horror Show" and "Star Wars Trilogy in 30 Minutes."   TONY SHAYNE (Assistant Lighting Designer) is currently a junior at USC, majoring in Theatrical Design. In the past two years at USC, Tony has worked on a wide variety of events, including the 2004 Democratic National Debates, an Xzhibit/Dialated Peoples Concert, and Jazz at USC.
TOM BUDERWITZ (Scenic Designer) most recently designed "Dinah Was" for the I.C.T. in Long Beach, "The Bungler" for the West Coast Ensemble, "Summertime" for the Theatre @ Boston Court and is currently designing "The Ladies of the Camellias" for the Colony Theatre. Last fall, he created the sets for the Theatre @ Boston Court's inaugural production of "Romeo & Juliet - Antebellum New Orleans." Tom also designed the scenery for "Toys In the Attic" at the Colony Theatre, which won a BackStage West Garland Award and was nominated for an L.A. Drama Critics Circle Award. Tom is a Resident Artist at A Noise Within where he has designed sets for 16 productions over the past eight seasons.
ROSA LOPEZ (Costume Designer) graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design from Woodbury University. She currently works as a costume designer and costumer for theater and film and freelances for White Stag Clothing Co. as an Assistant Pattern Maker. Some of her recent works include "Sleeping with the Ambassador," produced by Heidi Duckler and "Cesar and Ruben," produced and directed by Ed Begley Jr.
BRENDA VARDA (Original Music Composer) has a long history of performing — starting with repertory theatre in the Midwest, followed by a stint at Second City, and then a career in the 90’s doing movies, television and commercials. She is the Musical Director at 24th Street Theatre and has worked extensively with The Met and LATW — variously as a composer, actor and musician. Brenda is also the co-creator of “Women’s Night Out” at Room 5 Lounge and likes to cook.
JOHN ZALEWSKI (Sound Designer) has worked extensively with the Taper, Evidence Room, Actor's Gang, Bottom's Dream, 24th Street Theatre and others in LA. His NYC work includes "Speed Hedda" with Fabulous Monsters at LaMama, "Pandora's Last Xmas" at chashama and Juliana Francis' "Saint Latrice" at PS122. He has won an Ovation Award (six nominations), four L.A. Weekly Awards (five nominations), nine Backstage West Garlands and a Robbie. Recently, John designed the sound for "Self Defense" at Actors'Gang, "War Music" at the Geffen, Naomi Iizuka's "At the Vanishing Point" at the Humana Festival in Louisville, "Hard Times" at Evidence Room, "Summertime" at Boston Court and "M. Butterfly" at East West Players.
