STEVEN RUGGLES* (King Belinos) “Mirror Mirror” marks Steve's second appearance at 24th Street Theatre. He was last seen here in the original production of “Poe: Out of his Mind” and is now pleased to play a King “out of his mind.” Steve has been a part of the Los Angeles theatre scene for many years. His work at Stages Theatre includes: “1789,” Buchner's “Leonce and Lena,” Feydean's “Sleep, I Want You To Sleep” and “The Cervantes Project.” At the Odyssey Theatre, Steve has appeared in Brecht's “Puntella and Matti” and “The Madwoman of Chaillot.” He worked for several years with The Actor's Gang, integrating music, masks and commedia delarte in “Violence,” “Carnage” and “Freaks.” Last year, he directed “Enter Laughing” at The West Valley Playhouse and Horton Footes' “The Chase,” for which he received a Valley Theatre League nomination. Thanks to Deb and Jay for a long standing friendship and commitment to good theater.
