2 Also Onstage in July
Opening July 15th...Our good friends at Ghost Road Theatre Company return for a run of their new original production, "Four Dervishes." The Sufi text, "The Tale of the Four Dervishes," Victorian spy Richard Burton, and modern troops collide in the desert to create a world at once mystical and real, magical and harsh — intimate moments weave an epic tale of culture and identity. Conceived and directed by Katharine Noon, inspired by "The Tale of the Four Dervishes" written by Tamadhur Al-Aqeel and Katharine Noon and developed through workshop by The Ghost Road Company.
• Opens July 15th and runs Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 8pm thru August 8th.
• For tickets and info call (310) 281-8341 or visit the official Ghost Road Theatre Company website

3. Come play softball with us!
We've been having a great time in the new LA Theatre Softball League! We’ve had audience members, actors, writers, teachers, designers, and friends pick up a bat in our honor. Come on down and play for an hour. All are welcome. And don’t worry if you’re terrible at sports , we are too...but it’s all in the spirit of community and fun, and our team captains Nic and Rob are great at keeping us all laughing at ourselves, so we’ll laugh with you, not at you! And you’ll get a stylin’ 24th Street Theatre T-Shirt. Only one more Saturday morning in July to play — the 24th. Just email one of our Team Captains — Nic Arnzen or Rob Kurland if you wanna come play. Or five.
