6. Bienvenedos & Kudos

...to Chaz McEwan, 24th Street Theatre’s new Board President. Outgoing Board President Steve Markus remains on our Board and will now serve as Chair of our Finance committee. On March 7th, fresh from the Oscars, actor Jack Black presented 24th Street Theatre a Beautiful People Award for our work with the community. In his introduction speech, Jack credited 24th Street’s Debbie Devine as his inspiration for the hit movie School of Rock. Devine was Jack’s first Drama teacher more than 20 years ago at Poseidon School. And Kudos to our own Joshua Wolf Coleman, from this season’s Kate Crackernuts, for his role in the new movie "Hidalgo."
