Jay McAdams is a co-founder and Executive Director of 24th Street Theatre. Jay has designed Arts Education projects which have introduced thousands of students to live theatre and was awarded the 1999 Innovation and Leadership Award in Arts Education by the USC Rossier School of Education for his work in Arts Education. He has been creating theatre for all ages as a playwright, actor, and producer, of the award-winning Glorious Repertory Co. since 1987. Jay works is a Theatre Artist with the California Arts Council Artist-In-Schools and, in addition to teaching at numerous L.A. schools, he also teaches educators with his Teaching As a Performing Art workshops.
